INTEGRATED SCHEDULING AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT HEAD

The role shall be responsible for overseeing the preparation, integration, monitoring, and updating of the project schedule, and for managing contract administration to ensure full alignment with project delivery timelines, technical specifications, and legal obligations.
This position supports the successful and timely execution of Terra Solar Philippines, Inc.’s solar power project.

Qualifications/Requirements

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 8–10 years of relevant experience in project scheduling and contract management, ideally within renewable energy, infrastructure, or EPC environments.
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling and project tracking tools.
Solid understanding of contract law, construction contracts, and procurement practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in managing project schedules, delays, and recovery plans.
Excellent organizational and communication skills for effective coordination among stakeholders.
Experience in solar power projects or energy infrastructure is a strong advantage.
PMP, CCP, or similar project management certifications are desirable.
