Demand and Supply Planner

• Must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management or Marketing;
• Preferably 1-2 years work experience in Purchasing, Inventory, Material, and Warehouse Management or equivalent;
• Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage;
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills, analytical, problem solving, decision-making, negotiation, coordination and time management skills;
• And highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications or related software.

• In-charge of Forecasting, Demand Planning, and Inventory Management;
• Communicate constantly with foreign and local principals regarding product & delivery updates and negotiations;
• Ensure on-time order placement, and stocks are distributed and available in all warehouses nationwide;
• Help articulate business exposure and communicate demand uncertainties, and develop options for optimizing Inventory, replenishment and demand plans to supply planning;
• Involved in selling off excess, damaged and inventory stocks;
• Ensure appropriate levels of inventory are maintained in all Distribution Centers to achieve optimal customer service level;
• And in liaison with Sales and Marketing department regarding forecasting and activities to ensure right products are available to import and sell, and coordinate on potential new products to carry.
