Digital Content Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Conduct thorough research on social media trends and customer behavior to create relevant content.
• Perform competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the market.
• Assist in updating the Content Calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule and strategic content distribution.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for our social media platforms and monitor these KPIs to optimize performance.
• Assist in creating and/or editing engaging videos and other multimedia content.
• Assist during offsite video shoots.
• Close collaboration with the Marketing Service Team to align social media activities with overall marketing and business goals.
• Handle administration tasks given by the Strategy and Operation Assistant Manager.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and online trends.
• Basic to Intermediate understanding of videography principles.
• Excellent research skills and ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer behavior.
• Experience with social media metrics and analyzing KPIs.
• Ability to create and manage content calendars.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Copywriting skill is a plus.
• High creative with a keen eye for details.
• Willingness to assist with administration tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Nation, Trello).
• Basic video editing skills (e.g., Capcut, Canva, Filmora).
• Knowledge of Google Workspace (e.g., Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides).
• Willing to start immediately
• Amenable to work in Antipolo City. (Along Marcos Highway)
