Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Reports Analyst to manage and optimize our Amazon Seller Central operations across multiple marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Amazon listing management, reporting, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Amazon product listings, including listing creation, updates, and optimization.
• Monitor and resolve listing suppressions and compliance issues.
• Conduct regular Buy Box monitoring and performance tracking.
• Manage and update A+ Content and Brand Store pages to improve customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Perform competitive listing analysis across Amazon marketplaces.
• Prepare and analyze inventory and sales performance reports.
• Product listings and catalog management
• Top ASIN Performance Check
• Conduct Year-over-Year (YoY) and Month-over-Month (MoM) reporting.
• Analyze Amazon sales performance against forecasts and identify trends or gaps.
• Track and report on Amazon Subscribe & Save (SnS) program performance.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content, and Brand Store management.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory planning, and e-commerce analytics tools.
• Amenable for a night shift schedule
• Amenable for a permanent hybrid set-up.
• Willing to work on a full-time 3-months contract (with potential for absorption based on performance.)
