Overview
We are seeking a highly organized Recruitment Coordinator & Creative Executive Assistant to support hiring efforts, employer branding, content creation, project management, and leadership initiatives for a growing home health agency.
The organization is a Medicare-certified provider delivering skilled clinical care—including nurses, therapists, and aides—across patient homes, while continuously expanding its workforce and community presence.
This role works alongside an Operations Coordinator who handles reporting, analytics, and KPI tracking. This position serves as the people-facing, recruiting, marketing, and project coordination arm of the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Coordination (Primary Focus)- Research and identify churches with potential classroom space that could support a childcare center.
- Reach out via phone, email, and other communication channels to engage church leaders.
- Qualify leads based on set criteria such as classroom availability, playground access, and fire system readiness.
- Track and document all outreach efforts in Monday.com and other systems.
- Set up introductory meetings between interested church leaders and the executive team.
- Follow up diligently with potential church partners who may require multiple touchpoints before engaging.
- Manage and maintain an active presence on Facebook and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content to increase brand awareness and community engagement
- Design graphics, flyers, brochures, and recruitment materials using Canva
- Assist in newsletters, blog posts, internal communications, and outreach campaigns
- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules
- Support marketing campaigns and organizational awareness initiatives
- Collaborate with leadership on creative campaigns and outreach strategies
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements for visibility and reach
- Provide executive and administrative support to leadership
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely progress and completion
- Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and project milestones
- Track action items and ensure accountability across teams
- Assist with internal communications and organizational follow-ups
- Support nonprofit initiatives and community programs
- Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, and project updates
- Serve as a liaison between leadership and internal teams
- Support onboarding coordination and new hire administration
- Maintain organized personnel records and documentation
- Assist with credentialing, compliance tracking, and onboarding workflows
- Coordinate HR-related communications and documentation
- Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Assist with administrative tasks related to recruiting and workforce management
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, executive assistance, project coordination, marketing coordination, or similar roles
- Proven experience managing recruiting pipelines and candidate communications
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools quickly
- Familiarity with U.S. work environment and business practices

- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com)
- Experience using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Graphic design, basic video editing, or newsletter/email marketing experience
- Community outreach or event coordination experience
