Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced BPO leader to join our Service Delivery team in Ortigas as an Operations Supervisor.
In this role, you'll manage a team handling non-voice, back-office insurance operations for US-based clients — overseeing daily workflow, maintaining service quality, coaching your team, and finding smarter ways to get things done.
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
- At least 5 years of experience in a BPO environment
- 2 to 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience
- Strong understanding of back-office operations and SLA management
- Confident in coaching, performance management, and team development
- Good English communication skills — written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in any field
Nice to have:
- Experience in non-voice or process-driven BPO operations
- Background in insurance operations (P&C or Employee Benefits)
- Familiarity with quality audit processes or process improvement methods
