Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Python Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in Python development, experience working with ReactJS and NodeJS, and a passion for leveraging artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to solve complex business challenges.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Python-based applications and services.
• Build and integrate APIs and backend systems to support web and AI-driven applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Developers, Data Engineers, and Business Stakeholders.
• Develop and implement AI and machine learning solutions to enhance business processes and user experiences.
• Optimize, troubleshoot, and refactor existing applications to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and reusable code following software development best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI advancements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Python development with strong knowledge of Python frameworks, libraries, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with ReactJS and NodeJS development.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating frontend and backend applications.
• Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven application development.
• Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.
• Experience with Git version control and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

• Experience working with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
• Exposure to LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, or MLOps is a strong advantage.
