What You'll Be Doing

Be part of our client's team as a Digital Learning Designer, where you'll transform learning experiences through interactive digital content. From building courses and customizing templates to collaborating with experts and refining user experience, you'll shape impactful training that meets business goals and keeps learners engaged every step of the way.

Work Setup: Onsite - Ortigas

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, eLearning Development, or a related field.
• 1-5 years of experience developing eLearning or multimedia content.
• Proficiency in multimedia authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360).
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
• Experience with voice-over recording and editing.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, including content setup and configuration (e.g., Litmos).
• Strong skills in curriculum development, visual design, and content customization.
• Bonus: Background in instructor-led training (ILT) or language training (not required but valued).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and learner engagement.

What You'll Own and Execute

• Design and develop multimedia learning content using the Litmos LMS
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather accurate and relevant content
• Create videos, quizzes, simulations, and interactive visual elements for digital learning
• Adapt synchronous materials into self-paced eLearning formats to enhance accessibility

• Customize platform templates to align with brand identity and training objectives
• Apply creative solutions to improve user interaction and learning retention

• Update and enhance existing courses to ensure content accuracy and relevance
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Litmos or other learning platforms

• Test learning assets for functionality, usability, and compatibility
• Integrate feedback to improve course effectiveness and user experience

• Coordinate with instructional designers, multimedia designers, and project leads
• Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals

• Utilize tools like Litmos and Articulate 360 to develop engaging, trackable learning content
• Recommend improvements based on new features or emerging learning technologies
