Overview:The Lead Cloud Engineer at 3Cloud is responsible for providing technical delivery leadership on client engagements, leading architectural design sessions, coaching peers, managing client expectations, and fostering a collaborative team culture.This role serves as a career advancement opportunity for aspiring senior cloud engineers.
People Development:
- Provide technical oversight and guidance to junior team members in the 3Cloud approach to infrastructure engagements.
- Act as a coach in a player-coach model to support team skill development and confidence in infrastructure delivery.
- Foster relationships between cloud infrastructure teams and beyond.
Delivery Support Activities:
- Serve as technical delivery oversight with strong consultative skills across multiple client engagements.
- Collaborate with Delivery Excellence to align project milestones with the project plan and capture key client decisions.
