Social Media Marketing Specialist (Office-based)

(A) JOB OVERVIEW

This role combines graphic design, video production, content strategy, and social media management. You’ll be responsible for creating engaging content, planning campaigns, managing posting schedules, and helping grow our online community.

• Design high-quality graphics, carousels, stories, reels, and short-form videos
• Create and execute monthly content calendars and social media strategies
• Shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and calls-to-action
• Schedule posts using GoHighLevel and monitor audience engagement
• Analyze performance metrics and provide monthly reports with recommendations
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices

• 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts for brands or clients
• Advanced proficiency in Canva and CapCut
• Strong hands-on experience with DaVinci Resolve (editing, effects, and color grading)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects preferred)
• Solid understanding of GoHighLevel and social media growth strategies
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects
• Portfolio required (graphics, video edits, campaigns, or social media work samples)
