We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Junior Account Manager to help us manage client relationships and keep projects moving smoothly. You’ll support the account team in delivering top-notch service while building your skills in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist Account Managers in handling client communications and daily operations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure deliverables are on time and aligned with expectations
- Prepare client reports, presentations, and documentation
- Support business growth by identifying upsell opportunities and maintaining client satisfaction
- Strong communication and documentation skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
