Finance & Administrative Officer (FAO) - Quezon City

We are seeking a dedicated Finance & Administrative Officer (FAO) to support the financial, compliance, and administrative operations of our group of companies, and other affiliated entities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports in compliance with GAAP.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and regulatory documents with the BIR, SEC, LGUs, and other agencies.
• Handle business permits, licenses, visas, contract drafting, and government coordination.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as director support, shipments, customs compliance, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Attend onsite at our office 3–4 days per week, rendering services for 4–6 hours daily.
• Provide support for both domestic and international business trips.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned in connection with finance, compliance, and admin support.

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-driven and highly organized professional with solid experience in accounting, taxation, and administrative support.
• Familiarity with Philippine government regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, both in writing and in person.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach with a high degree of professionalism.
