WE ARE HIRING – OFFICE SECRETARY

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary.

Qualifications: Graduate of any Business-related course is an advantage

With experience in administrative or clerical work is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Can work under pressure and multitask effectively

Responsibilities: Prepare reports, documents, memos, and correspondence

Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments
Maintain and organize company files and records
Assist in administrative and office-related tasks
Coordinate with different departments and clients when necessary

Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
