Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the banking industry. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and working closely with IT and business teams to deliver effective solutions.
Responsibilities- Gather and document business and system requirements
- Analyze and improve business processes
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions
- Work with stakeholders to ensure requirements are met
- Support projects using Waterfall methodology
- Assist in data analysis and solution design
- Experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in requirements documentation (BRD/FRD)
- Familiar with Waterfall methodology
- Good communication skills
