The Sales Info/Admin Assistant makes sure that rates, client records, and contracts are correct and up to date in the system. While Salesfocuses on closing deals and Sales Support handles daily shipments, thisrole keeps the data clean. This prevents billing mistakes from expired rates, stops shipment delays caused by wrong information, and keeps all important files organized and easy to find when needed
Job Responsibilities:
Ensure accuracy of rates in the system to prevent revenue leakage and support seamless booking execution.- Execute the timely uploading and updating of regular and tariff rates for National and Regional Key Accounts within Softship/Line system.
- Manage the internal approval workflow for rate changes, ensuring proper signoffs are obtained prior to system activation.
- Proactively monitor rate expiration dates and alert the responsible NKAM prior to lapse to ensure billing accuracy and contract continuity.
- Act as the sole gatekeeper for the unlocking function of rate fields, facilitating timely corrections while maintaining a complete audit trail of all changes.
- Create and upload accurate shipment details for clients and consignees, ensuring proper linkage to parent account hierarchies.
- Establish and maintain consistent Customer Master files and "Match Codes" to prevent duplicate records and ensure data aggregates correctly for NKAM Sales Business Reviews.
- Perform regular audits of the Customer Masterfile to correct inconsistencies (e.g., spelling errors, inactive addresses) flagged by NKAMs or NKASS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales, Business, Management, Entrepreneur or other related courses
- With at least 2 to 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service in the field of logistics, supply chain
- Customer ServiceCommunication skills
