About the Role

As a Junior Renewals Manager, you will play a critical role in sustaining revenue continuity and customer retention within a high-growth SaaS environment. This position supports the integrity of the renewals lifecycle-ensuring contracts are executed with precision, timelines are met, and customer relationships are strengthened through seamless coordination.

You will operate at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and RevOps, contributing directly to recurring revenue performance and long-term client value.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in Renewals Operations, Customer Success Support, Account Coordination, Revenue Operations, or SaaS support functions
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory, SME, or team lead capacity is preferred
  • Exposure to contract renewals, quote preparation, customer retention support, and renewals coordination
  • Experience working with CRM and renewals platforms such as Salesforce, CPQ, PandaDoc, Docusign, or similar tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple renewals cases and deadlines
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills across Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations teams
  • Ability to analyze operational data and identify process gaps or inefficiencies
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing high-volume renewals activities
  • Willingness to coach and support junior team members while developing leadership capabilities
  • Experience in SaaS or subscription-based environments is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Support daily renewals operations and ensure timely completion of all renewal activities
  • Coordinate contract renewals including quote generation, approvals, invoicing alignment, and customer follow-ups
  • Monitor renewals pipelines, retention metrics, and operational reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless renewals processing
  • Handle basic to moderate escalations related to renewals concerns and customer requests
  • Maintain accurate records across Salesforce, CPQ, PandaDoc, Docusign, and related systems
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency
  • Provide guidance and support to Renewals Specialists or junior team members
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies related to renewals and bookings processes
