MANDARIN OPERATING SYSTEM SUPERVISOR

Provide real-time support and troubleshooting for system users, particularly Mandarin-speaking staff.
Translate and interpret system documentation, reports, and communications between Mandarin and English.
Identify and report system performance issues or inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Train and guide team members on proper system usage and protocols.
Generate and analyze system usage reports to support operational decision-making.
Support system upgrades, testing, and implementation in a bilingual environment.
Ensure all activities comply with company security, quality, and compliance standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
Strong technical vocabulary in both languages, particularly around systems and operations.
Experience with system diagnostics, logging, and reporting tools.
Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
