Job Opening: Personal Assistant to Digital Skills Trainer (Female)
We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Personal Assistant to support a Digital Skills Trainer specializing in delivering technical training sessions on Microsoft and Google tools to various companies across the Philippines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the head trainer during on-site and virtual training sessions
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and documentation
- Manage marketing-related activities including social media updates, email campaigns, and lead generation
- Coordinate travel logistics and event arrangements
- Act as a liaison between the trainer and client organizations
Qualifications:
- Female, preferably with a background in marketing, sales, or communications
- Tech-savvy and familiar with Microsoft and Google platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Willing and able to travel across the Philippines as required
