Field Salesman | San Fernando Pampanga

Area of Assignment:

• San Fernando Sales Office - Purok 1, Brgy. Baliti, City of San Fernando, Pampanga

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assures attainment of key performance set by management through setting objectives, tracking measures & problem solving
• Attends and participates to the supervisor's morning huddle before routing
• Receives from the supervisor his day's assignment (e.g. planned sales calls, collection schedule, etc.)
• Prepares complete documents and sales kit
• Check the actual load quantity and delivery documents, and acknowledge Salesman Withdrawal Slip checked by the Stock Custodian
• Maximize selling efforts to achieve / exceed sales target
• Execute all promotions and recommended potential programs to increase sales
• Comply with the trade account policy (e.g. deals, discounts)
• Collect the payments from customers and properly fill out necessary invoice.
• Emphasize stock rotation, proper storage, and careful handling techniques with the outlets
• Submit report with supporting documents to Territory Development Supervisor (TDS) for the review of transactions
• Submit report with supporting documents to Accounts Receivable Analyst for settlement of transactions.

Qualifications & Competencies Needed:

• At least a 2‑year college education in any course (Undergraduate with TOR)
• Preferably with knowledge in Sales
• Minimum of 2 years solid sales experience, ideally in the FMCG industry
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License with a Restriction Code of A, A1, B, B1 and B2
