About the Role
Gomeco Metal Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal products, is seeking an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Malinta, Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time role focused on driving business growth, expanding market reach, and strengthening our customer base.
What You’ll Be Doing- Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across various industries
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and high-potential customers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to promote company products and services
- Collaborate with the marketing team in developing and implementing targeted campaigns
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and business development activities
- Support overall business growth strategy and cross-functional initiatives
- Develop new product lines and identify potential new income streams
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in business development or sales management, preferably in trading, manufacturing, or industrial sectors
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and customer behavior
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding business development targets
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
