Electrician (general)

Job Description

• Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of electrical, electronic, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment failures, electrical issues, air conditioning units, and other facility-related concerns.
• Conduct daily maintenance and monitoring of office, dormitory, kitchen, and studio facilities and equipment.
• Maintain and manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and company equipment to ensure proper availability and usage.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, equipment breakdowns, and emergency repair situations.
• Assist in maintaining generators, surveillance systems, lighting, air conditioning units, and other electrical/electronic equipment.
• Perform general building maintenance works such as painting, minor repairs, and other tasks as required by management.

• Male
• High school graduate, college graduate, or vocational/technical course graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in building maintenance, construction, electrical installation, and repair works.
• Knowledgeable in commercial construction, high and low voltage systems, and basic electrical maintenance.
• With basic knowledge in electronics troubleshooting and repair of equipment, gadgets, and office devices.
• Capable of performing routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs for office, dormitory, kitchen, and studio facilities and equipment.
• Experienced in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air conditioning, and facility-related issues, and able to report major concerns properly.
• Responsible, organized, and able to manage tools, equipment inventory, maintenance requests, and emergency repairs efficiently.
