Beauty Consultant / Retail Sales Associate

About the Opportunity

We are seeking energetic and service-oriented individuals to join our growing beauty retail team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, sharing beauty and skincare knowledge, and creating a positive in-store experience.

As a Beauty Consultant, you will help customers discover products that suit their needs while supporting daily store operations, merchandising activities, and sales performance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist shoppers with product recommendations based on their preferences and needs
• Introduce customers to beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products
• Demonstrate product application and usage techniques when appropriate
• Build customer confidence through friendly and knowledgeable service
• Support store sales goals through product suggestions and add-on selling

• Stay updated on featured products, seasonal launches, and promotions
• Participate in training sessions and brand learning activities
• Confidently explain product benefits, ingredients, and usage

• Help maintain attractive and organized product displays
• Ensure shelves, testers, and promotional materials are properly maintained
• Assist in creating a clean, welcoming, and premium shopping environment

• Monitor stock availability and assist with replenishment activities
• Coordinate with backroom or logistics teams regarding inventory needs
• Support stock counts and inventory-related tasks as required

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and brand partners
• Follow operational guidelines and store standards
• Support daily opening, closing, and housekeeping activities

• Senior High School graduate or higher
• Previous retail or customer-facing experience is an advantage
• Background in beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, or fashion retail is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
• Flexible with shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
