• Performs necessary start-up and end of run inspections.
• Mixes according to the specified mixing forms and ensures that every process stated in the mixing form is followed correctly and signs every step of the process in the mixing form.
• Operate mixers and related equipment to achieve uniform blends.
• Load weighed raw materials into mixing vessels in the correct sequence.
• Facilitates discharging of bulk from mixer to bulk tanks.
• Performs set-up and sanitation of mixers for the next variant.
• Performs sanitation of pipelines and weighing vessels every Monday.
• Prepares Hydrogen Peroxide solution every sanitation.

• Collect in-process samples for quality control testing.
• Record batch details, mixing parameters, and signs every step of the process in the mixing form.
• Fills up necessary forms completely.
• Report deviations or non-conformities to immediate superiors.

• Perform routine checks of mixing equipment.
• Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of mixers.
• Ensures proper attachments of fittings and mixer pipelines.
• Ensures that the mixers and production tools (scraper, spatula, etc.) used are clean and sanitized.
• Report equipment malfunctions promptly for corrective action.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
• Handle chemicals safely, using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain cleanliness of mixing vessels and surrounding areas to prevent contamination.
• Immediately report any abnormalities and quality issues encountered.
• Practices safety measures in the mixing operations to avoid accidents.
• Does tasks assign by his superior.

Qualifications/Requirements

COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:

EDUCATION:

• College level (Subjects with basic math and communication, preferably chemistry)
• Graduate of 2 yrs. Vocational/Technical Course or Senior High School/High School graduate w/ relevant experience

TRAINING:

• Good Manufacturing Practices
• Work Safety Training

SKILLS:

• Communication Skills (Written & Oral)
• Basic Problem-Solving Skills
• Basic Reading Comprehension
• Knows how to count

EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 1 year exp. In a manufacturing set-up
