Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM) to help us run our daily operations smoothly. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Manager in leading the team, ensuring great customer service, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Help manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant
• Support and guide team members during shifts
• Make sure customers have a great dining experience
• Assist in handling staff schedules, inventory, and basic reports
• Ensure cleanliness and food safety standards are followed
• Step in to resolve simple customer concerns when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience (restaurant experience is a plus)
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Someone who enjoys working with people and leading a team
• Organized, responsible, and willing to learn
