Cook (Ilocano Cuisine Preferred, Stay-In)

We are looking for a skilled Cook who can prepare delicious and authentic meals, with preference for those knowledgeable in Ilocano cuisine. This is a stay-in role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook daily meals, especially Ilocano dishes (e.g., pinakbet, dinengdeng, bagnet)
- Plan menus and ensure food quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and sanitation
- Monitor inventory and assist in purchasing ingredients
- Follow dietary preferences or special instructions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cook
- Knowledge of Ilocano cuisine is highly preferred
- Willing to stay-in
- Must have valid NBI Clearance
- Good hygiene and time management skills
- Reliable and able to work independently
