Transport Coordinator

About the role

PTC Logistics is seeking a Transport Coordinator to join our team in Valenzuela City. This is a fixed-term position, and you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the movement of our fleet of vehicles to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

• Monitor contractor compliance with KPIs and service contracts.
• Maintain business relationships with 3PL coordinators.
• Evaluate contractor performance and recommend penalties or improvements.
• Ensure resource readiness, truck availability in collaboration with sourcing team.
• Ensure accurate communication of delivery plans, lead time monitoring, and compliance to customer protocols.
• Verify delivery documents, and monitor delivery completion and accuracy.

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Minimum 2 years experience in logistics operations (inbound/outbound) and distribution functions.
• Excellent communication (both written and verbal, English and Filipino) and stakeholder management skills
• Competency in coordinating with cross-functional teams and third-party service providers.
• Problem-solving mindset and the ability to work well under pressure
• Understanding of relevant transport regulations and safety standards
