Job Summary
The Warehouse Office Staff is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to warehouse operations. The role includes maintaining accurate inventory records, processing warehouse documents, coordinating deliveries and shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between warehouse personnel and other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, organize, and maintain warehouse documents and records
- Encode and update inventory, delivery, and receiving data in the system
- Monitor incoming and outgoing stocks and ensure proper documentation
- Assist in preparing delivery receipts, pull-out forms, and warehouse reports
- Coordinate with logistics, purchasing, and other departments regarding stock movement and delivery schedules
- Respond to inquiries related to warehouse transactions and inventory
- Maintain filing systems for warehouse documents and reports
- Assist in inventory counting and reconciliation activities
- College Graduate of any degree
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, or administrative work is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Good organizational and documentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work onsite in Canumay West, Valenzuela City
