North Haven Spa is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facialist who is passionate about skin health, beauty, and holistic wellness. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowledge in facial treatments while delivering a calm, nurturing, and results-driven client experience.
As a Facialist, you will play an essential role in enhancing clients’ confidence through professional skin care treatments performed in a serene and hygienic spa environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform professional facial treatments (e.g., deep cleansing, anti-acne, anti-aging, hydrating, whitening, and specialty facials) according to spa protocols
Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate treatments and homecare products
Ensure proper sanitation of tools, equipment, and treatment areas
Prepare treatment rooms before and after each session
Educate clients on skincare routines and post-treatment care
Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Promote facial packages, add-ons, and retail products when appropriate
Monitor inventory of facial supplies and report shortages
Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
Qualifications/Requirements
Certified Facialist / Beauty Care NC II (TESDA certification preferred)Proven experience in spa, aesthetic clinic, or beauty center is an advantage
Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and treatment techniques
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Detail-oriented and hygienic
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
