Sales Accounting Analyst

What you'll do:

You will prepare and analyze accounting records and other financial reports ensuring accuracy, completeness, and conformance to BIR and Accounting guidelines; You'll also conduct accounting/financial analysis as needed. You may be assigned to Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivables.

• Keep accurate records of incoming and outgoing payments to Monde Nissin
• Collaborate with team members to provide necessary financial reports to Leads.
• Review financial information and documents quarterly and annual basis.
• Handle general ledger bookkeeping where necessary.
• Look for and provide solutions for accounting irregularities.
• Manage client accounts and payment schedules
• Graduate of BS Accountancy or related course
• Has strong analytical and excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and willing to extend working hours if needed
• Proven organizational skills and the ability to maintain precise records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
• Can work independently and without supervision when required
