Company Driver

Job Summary:

StileItalia Inc. is seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Company Driver to transport company personnel, particularly our Installation Team, and materials to various project and client locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely transportation of staff and goods, maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned vehicle, and complying with all traffic regulations and company policies.

• Transportation Duties:
• Safely transport company installers, staff, and materials to and from designated project sites, client meetings, and other official engagements.
• Adjust travel routes to avoid delays due to traffic congestion, road construction, or adverse weather conditions.
• Vehicle Management:
• Serve as the immediate custodian of the assigned company vehicle.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance to ensure the vehicle is in excellent operating condition.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times through scheduled washing and interior cleaning.
• Ensure parking is done only in permitted areas to prevent towing or fines.
• Logistics Support:
• Assist with loading and offloading of staff luggage, tools, products, and other materials as required.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and maintenance logs.
• Scheduling & Coordination:
• Maintain and update the driver’s calendar to support the timely scheduling of staff for client meetings, installations, and other important engagements.
• Coordinate with the operations team to manage trip priorities and transport schedules.
• Compliance & Reporting:
• Promptly report any traffic violations, tickets, or incidents involving the company vehicle during work hours.
• Immediately report any accidents, injuries, or damage to the vehicle to the appropriate manager.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or service industry setting.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving materials as needed.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends if required.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Working Conditions:

• Regular travel to different client or project locations.
• Occasional long-distance driving.
