Office Engineer

Are you an experienced Office Engineer looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and growing organisation? AQUADYSINC' is seeking a highly capable Office Engineer to join our team in our Quezon City, Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth running of our office operations and providing essential support to the wider business.

• Coordinating and supervising the day-to-day administrative functions of the office
• Ensuring office equipment, supplies and facilities are well-maintained and readily available
• Providing IT support and troubleshooting for employees
• Handling records management, filing and archiving
• Assisting with the coordination of meetings, events and other office activities
• Liaising with vendors, service providers and other third parties
• Supporting the implementation of office policies and procedures
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance office efficiency

• Minimum 3 years' experience as an Office Engineer or in a similar administrative/office management role
• Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in the use of office equipment and IT systems, including Microsoft Office suite
• Proactive problem-solving approach and a keen eye for detail
• Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs
• Tertiary qualification in Office Administration, Business Management or a related field is preferred
