Warehouse Custodian

Work Location: Block 2 Phase 5 East Main Avenue, Laguna Technopark Sez Loma 4024 City of Binan Laguna, Philippines

Job Summary:

The custodian is also tasked with receiving and verifying shipments, auditing related documentation, and managing the supply chain to ensure smooth distribution of products to clients and other warehouse locations. This includes overseeing product allocation, distribution, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and monitor all warehouse activities.
• Submit accurate daily, weekly monthly inventory reports to the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies related to warehouse and suggest solutions to variances
• Perform daily and monthly inventory cycle count
• Ensure the accuracy of inventory, bin cards vs actual vs WMS and QB system.
• Oversee stock deliveries, shipment receiving operations of warehouse.
• Supervise the dispatch of finished goods and ensure accurate transfers to preparation locations.
• Communicate warehouse concerns related to another department.
• Organize and maintain both manual and electronic filing systems.
• Perform other tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis.
• Adhoc task as assigned by Manager and Department heads.
• Perform services for Biocostech Philippines Corporation its affiliates and its subsidiaries.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen ability to listen and follow instructions.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with warehousing systems, preferably QuickBooks.
• Analytical and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in computer skills, with a high level of competency in relevant software.
• Can work effectively with the team.
