JOB DESCRIPTION- Prepare, and analyse costs for tenders and contracts for private landed projects.
- Able to do Full Set Quotation/Bill of quantity with Only Architects Layout drawing.
- Able to fill in the tender document.
- Other quantity surveying related duties for building projects
- Able to complete job in require time
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Methodical way of thinking
- Knowledge of building & construction work
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Good financial and numeracy management skills
- The ability to absorb complex information and assess requirements readily
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Knowledge of Using TAS & TBQ Software
