Planning Structural Civil Engineer - Quezon City
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Planning Structural Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for structural design planning, ensuring project timelines are met, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
You will play a key role in integrating structural engineering practices with effective project scheduling and resource planning.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and construction teams to develop structural planning strategies.
Analyze survey reports, maps, blueprints, and other topographical or geologic data for planning purposes.
Create and review structural designs, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Develop detailed construction plans and schedules using software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Assess and predict project timelines, risks, and resource needs.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Ensure structural integrity through design calculations and site inspections.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for stakeholders and authorities.
Participate in feasibility studies and cost estimation for proposed projects.
Ensure Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent (depending on region/country).
3+ years of experience in structural planning and civil engineering roles.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, and other structural analysis tools.
Experience with project planning software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar).
Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and structural materials.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
