Join a fast-growing leader in the pet transportation industry dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and reliable travel solutions. As a Pet Transport Specialist, you will play a vital role in coordinating logistics and delivering exceptional support to pet owners, ensuring every furry family member reaches their destination with care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST), including a 1-hour unpaid break. (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.)

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, and email
  • Provide accurate information and personalized recommendations regarding pet transport services
  • Manage customer inquiries from initial contact through booking completion and issue resolution
  • Coordinate pet transport schedules based on customer requirements and availability
  • Maintain accurate customer records and data entry within the CRM system
  • Conduct timely follow-ups on leads and inquiries to maximize booking opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery
  • Deliver a compassionate, professional, and positive customer experience at every stage
  • Monitor and meet operational KPIs, productivity goals, and response time expectations
  • Assist customers with problem resolution and provide timely updates regarding transport arrangements
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, transport coordination, logistics support, or related roles for at least 2 years
  • Strong experience handling voice, chat, and email support channels
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms; HubSpot CRM experience is highly preferred
  • Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration
