Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily construction activities across assigned project locations.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, manpower performance, and compliance with project plans.
- Coordinate closely with the head office regarding schedules, project updates, materials, and operational requirements.
- Work with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain efficient site operations.
- Track and monitor deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment to avoid project delays.
- Ensure all site activities follow company safety policies, quality standards, and target timelines.
- Prepare necessary reports including project updates, incident reports, and other site-related documentation.
- Address operational or technical concerns on-site and elevate major issues to management when needed.
- Supervise subcontractor activities and confirm work completion based on agreed project specifications.
- Monitor resource utilization and help minimize material wastage and unnecessary project costs.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or project site supervision.
- Knowledgeable in construction methods, safety procedures, and project coordination.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to travel and be assigned to multiple project sites, including stay-in arrangements when necessary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management software is an advantage.
- With a valid driver’s license; ability to drive a motorcycle or 4-wheel vehicle is preferred.
