KPI Management
- Ensure all employees have clearly defined KPIs.
- Update performance report cards monthly.
- Set up and maintain KPI and performance analytics tools.
- Coordinate with departments to gather key data.
- Develop and refine KPI monitoring tools.
- Conduct sessions with employees and departments to improve KPI tracking.
- Define requirements for performance management tools.
- Analyze operational databases and link them to KPI monitoring tools.
- Act as a Business Analyst to set up performance reporting systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Engineering.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in an HR or performance management role.
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Google Sheets, Excel, data visualization tools).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain data accuracy and integrity.
