About the role
We are seeking Applicants to work as Local Tele Collector, with or without experience and willing to be trained. for fulltime position.
Key responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to customers to follow up on outstanding payments and overdue accounts- Negotiate payment arrangements and work with customers to resolve payment issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, payment commitments and account status updates
- Identify and pursue collection opportunities whilst identifying customers at risk of default
- Achieve individual and team collection targets and performance metrics
- Provide excellent customer service whilst managing debt collection responsibilities
- Escalate complex or disputed accounts to senior team members as appropriate
- Follow all relevant compliance and regulatory requirements in debt collection practices
- Assist with outbound sales activities and cross-selling opportunities when appropriate
