Property Inspector/Surveyor

Primarily responsible for risks inspection and initial evaluation of exposure and hazards of risks to help the Underwriters in determining risk acceptability. Prepares property survey reports and recommends loss prevention measures/mitigation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Manage the risk inspection requests analyze the risk:
2. Describe specific hazard exposures and current condition of the risk as per underwriting requirements
3. Prepare proper and complete survey reports which shows current condition of the risk recommends acceptability/non acceptability of the risks
4. Recommends loss control and preventive measures.

Qualifications:

Education: College/University graduate (with an Engineering Degree)

Work-Related Experience:

• Fresh graduates can be accommodated
• Has technical knowledge and experience in risk survey/inspection.
• Good in both oral and written communication skills (English)

Specific Business Knowledge:

• Has non-life underwriting knowledge
• Has analytical skills
• Computer literate
• Amenable to work here in Makati
