Job Description:

We’re looking for a professional and organized Remote Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our company. This role involves handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Remote Receptionist ensures smooth communication between clients, partners, and internal teams while representing the company with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Answer and take information to fill out a FNOL (First Notice of Loss) for a potential client (we offer training in-depth for these procedures)
  • Take and deliver accurate messages to the appropriate team members
  • Provide basic information about the company’s services and direct inquiries to the right department
  • Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, document preparation, and email management
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
  • Support internal communication by relaying messages and updates promptly

Qualification and requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support (remote experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with phone systems, video conferencing tools, and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced remote environment
  • Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
  • Familiarity with Dialpad (phone system) is a plus

Non-negotiable skills & requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service, reception, or administrative support (remote experience preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with phone systems, video conferencing tools, and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack)
