About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Westfair Marketing, Inc. - La Sedia in our Ermita, Manila City store. This full-time position is central to providing outstanding customer service and driving sales in our dynamic retail environment.

• Providing friendly, knowledgeable and attentive customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
• Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrating features, and completing sales transactions
• Maintaining an organized and visually appealing store, including stocking displays
• Processing cash, credit, and mobile payments accurately and efficiently
• Identifying and sharing customer feedback to help improve our products and services
• Supporting store operations and administrative tasks as needed

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the high end or luxury consumer products industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team
• Attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Enthusiasm for providing an exceptional customer experience and a genuine desire to help people
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
