About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Office Staff / Project Coordinator to join our team at Yek Yeu Merchandising, Inc.' based in Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will provide essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of our office and the successful delivery of key projects.

What you'll be doing
  • Perform a range of general office duties, including filing, data entry, organising and maintaining records
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements
  • Coordinate and support the execution of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other business documents
  • Support the implementation of office procedures and policies to improve efficiency
  • Undertake any other administrative duties as required
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or project coordination role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
