SPED TEACHER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
RCCLC is looking for self-motivated and well-rounded SPED Teachers to join our team of educators.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design a comprehensive and flexible Individualized Education Program for the students.
- Collaborate with students, parents, and other members of staff to develop IEP.
- Conduct a Once-a-week virtual meeting schedule with the parents or shadow teachers to ensure that modules are implemented correctly.
- Prepare and provide periodic Progress Reports and Report Cards.
- Attend quarterly parent-teacher conferences.
- Prepare scheduled assignments, quizzes, projects, performance tasks, and periodic assessments.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passed the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).
- With a Bachelor’s Degree in SPECIAL EDUCATION
- With a minimum of 1 – 2 years of teaching experience.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized and excellent leadership abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Outstanding knowledge of teaching methods and educational procedures.
