QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience in compliance work in the US and Canada.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent collaboration skills to work within a team.
Background on regulatory compliance or requirements.
With a background in FINTECH (Financial Technology) and Financial Service Industry.
High attention to detail and strategic thinker
Ability to analyze KYC requirements
Experience filing reports with regulators, such as STR/SARs
Have knowledge of and interest in the blockchain or cryptocurrency industry
Preferred but not required, knowledge of blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, Ciphertrace, and/or Elliptic)
Some working knowledge of the US and global AML Laws
