The Field Collection Officer is responsible for conducting on-site visits to clients to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments based on their amortization schedules. The role requires professionalism, honesty, and consistent communication with branch personnel to support smooth collection operations.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least Junior High School or Senior High School graduate
Patient, professional, and respectful when dealing with clients
Strong sense of integrity and honesty
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Physically fit and willing to travel for field assignments

Preferably with experience in fieldwork or collections (not required but an advantage)
