Role Description
Based in Makati, the Technical Presales Engineer will support our sales growth across Unified Communications, Contact Center, Cloud, and Multimedia Radio Communications solutions.
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will work closely with sales, technical and development teams to engage customers, understand business requirements, design solutions, deliver presentations and demos, and support successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities- Meet with customers to understand business operations, pain points, and technical requirements
- Translate customer needs into practical and competitive solution proposals
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops
- Prepare proposals, bids, tenders, and RFI/RFP responses
- Work closely with the sales team to align technical solutions with customer goals
- Coordinate with technical team on implementation planning and delivery
- Participate in post-sales support, maintenance coordination, and customer follow-up
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders at all levels
- Stay current with market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Recommend product enhancements and new opportunities to management
- Use AI tools to improve productivity, research, and proposal quality
- Prepare technical documentation, solution architecture, and scope of work documents
- 4+ years of experience in a presales, solutions engineering, systems engineering, or related role
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Knowledge/capabilities in:
- Unified Communications
- Contact Center platforms
- Cloud solutions
- Systems Administration
- CTI / telecom systems
- Microsoft environments
- Experience conducting customer presentations and technical demos
- Experience preparing proposals, tenders, and RFP responses
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small high-performing team
