Job Summary:
Our client engages students through a comprehensive multi-channel communication strategy. Intelligent and innovative email marketing forms an important strand of this strategy and enables our partners to deliver proactive and insightful conversion journeys informed by insights.The Email Marketing Specialist is at the heart of this. The main function of this role is the creation and deployment of intelligent and impactful email marketing campaigns for specific partners. The Email Marketing Specialist will ensure that digital student communication journeys are continuously evaluated and optimized to ensure that our partners are confidently placed at the forefront of email marketing developments.
The Email Marketing Specialist ensures that emails are built upon the most effective templates. They build and optimise effective email marketing communications for our clients, improving conversion rates and ensuring that the partners reach their full potential and prospective students are engaged successfully.
This role works closely with colleagues both in Technical Solutions, Operation, and other departments to deliver strategic insights. The team is proactive, insight-driven, and expert-led.
As a member of the Marketing Automation Team, you will demonstrate:

Responsibilities:
- To manage your partner’s email Marketing account by providing the best and most innovative service possible
- Visit partner Universities in the UK for regular face-to-face progress and future planning reviews.
- Create strong relationship with the client and with relevant stakeholders at UniQuest.
- To delegate and manage an Email Marketing Assistant to help you in the building of campaigns
- Quality assures email campaigns that are built by the Email Marketing Assistants.
- Proofread copy for grammatical and style errors, check links and other technical details with the help of the Litmus software.
- Assist where possible with the set-up, build, testing and sending of B2C email communications.
- Where appropriate, undertake testing to recommend more effective content placement.
- Use metric to report engagement and conversion rates both internally and to the partners.
- Client facing experience is essential.
- 2+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing environment.
- Have experience in managing accounts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
- Able to understand and analyze reporting in order to maximize the impact of campaigns for clients
- Using a combination of software program and Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
