About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join VV Business Solutions, Inc. This is a full-time position based in Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila, offering an exciting opportunity to be part of our July intake batch.
In this role, you will be the frontline of our customer interactions, handling both voice and non-voice communications through our online platform. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving queries efficiently, and maintaining the high standards of service that define our company.

This position is essential to our operations, as you will directly impact customer retention and brand reputation.

Key responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other online channels
  2. Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
  3. Process customer requests, complaints, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  4. Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
  5. Follow company policies and procedures while adhering to quality standards
  6. Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or management when necessary
  7. Contribute to team goals and participate in ongoing training and development programmes
  8. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  9. Meet or exceed key performance indicators such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales targets
What we're looking for
  1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification at minimum
  2. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  3. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  4. Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customers
  5. Proficiency with computer systems and comfort with learning new software platforms
  6. Flexible attitude towards both voice and non-voice customer service channels
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  9. Reliable and punctual with a commitment to consistent attendance
  10. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate
  11. Sales experience or experience in handling customer inquiries would be advantageous
