Production Coordinator: Manpower needed: 1

Main Duties:
 Production Planning & Scheduling: Maintain and adjust production timelines as needed based on sales orders
and inventory levels.
 Workflow Coordination: Liaise with production supervisors and machine operators to monitor daily activities.
And ensure work orders are clearly understood and executed correctly.
 Quality Control Support: Work closely with the quality control department to ensure products meet industry
and customer standards and reduce waste and manage leftover materials efficiently.
 Cross-Departmental Coordination: Act as a liaison between production, engineering, maintenance, and sales
departments.
 Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements to boost productivity.
Qualifications:

Education

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.

Skills and Knowledge

 Prior experience in wire and cable manufacturing is highly preferred but not required.

 Strong coordination and scheduling abilities.

 Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise between departments
 Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
 High attention to detail and quality.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
