We are seeking a dynamic Territory Sales Manager (Enterprise Account Manager) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing and expanding relationships with our enterprise accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the market and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
  • Achieving sales targets and revenue goals quarterly and annually by expanding business with existing enterprise clients. This involves identifying new opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to maximize revenue potential.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients at the enterprise level. This involves understanding their business needs, challenges, and goals, and serving as their primary point of contact for all interactions with the company.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans that align with the client's objectives and drive business growth. This includes identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Conducting regular business reviews with named accounts to review performance metrics, discuss strategic initiatives, and identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account plans in the OSC. Generating reports and analysis to track progress, measure performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment with client needs and objectives. This includes coordinating resources and efforts to deliver solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Identifying and mitigating potential risks or issues that may impact the relationship with enterprise clients. This includes proactively addressing challenges, resolving conflicts, and managing expectations to maintain trust and credibility.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging technologies that may impact clients businesses. Providing insights and recommendations to clients based on market intelligence.
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, addressing client concerns or issues promptly, and acting as an advocate for the client within the organization.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Relevant industry specific affiliations or accreditations
  • With at least 5-year experience in Vertical or Key Account Manager role
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Should have broad industry reach and established industry relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and internal teams.
  • Highly responsible and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or business-related events.
